Focus Letting is a letting agency based in Gzira, working across Malta. We deal in long-term residential rentals — the homes people actually live in — rather than holiday lets or sales.
What We Do
We match tenants with property, and landlords with tenants. That means listing homes accurately, arranging viewings that are worth the visit, negotiating terms both sides can live with, and handling the paperwork so nobody is left guessing.
Our listings cover Sliema, St Julian’s, Swieqi, Gzira, Birkirkara, St Paul’s Bay, Msida, Mosta and the surrounding towns — apartments, penthouses, maisonettes and townhouses.
For Tenants
Tell us what you are looking for and we will do the searching. Fill in our tenant registration form, or speak to one of the team directly, and we will go through what is available, arrange the viewings, and stay with you through the lease and the paperwork.
We never charge you a fee to view a property or to be registered on our books.
For Landlords
If you have a property to let, we will advise on a realistic rent, market it properly, and bring you tenants who have already been through our checks. Get in touch and we will talk through what your property is likely to achieve.
Getting In Touch
Call or WhatsApp us on +356 77133203, or contact any of the team below directly. Each of us has our own enquiry form — use whichever you like, and you will get a reply from that person rather than a general inbox.
