Focus Letting acts as an intermediary. We introduce prospective tenants to landlords and assist with viewings, negotiation and the paperwork involved in agreeing a let.
Any lease is a contract between you and the landlord. Focus Letting is not a party to that lease, is not the owner of the property, and is not responsible for the landlord’s performance of their obligations or for the condition of the property. Deposits, rent and other payments are governed by the lease and by Maltese law, including the Private Residential Leases Act (Chapter 604).
